Our first trip together in 2005. Wendy almost expired from heat exhaustion when we hiked hours into the desert (carrying 35 lbs of water) to Paria Canyon, a highly restricted wilderness area that only a few people per month by lottery can access, to photograph the famous "Wave." Also loved the underground Antelope Canyon shoot, led by our Navajo chief guide, to catch the sun's spotlight that lasts only about 2-3 minutes each day. Add Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the amazing Biosphere, and you can imagine why it was such a magical trip (PS - Wendy survived).
